Tayseer Almattar, with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Design in International Design and Business Management, is a specialist in Design Thinking and Innovation. Passionate about sustainable business innovation through design, he founded TforDesign. He also worked as a visiting lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design.
