Sadid Hasan

Sadid Hasan, Ph.D., is a Principal AI leader in the Microsoft AI Development Acceleration Program within the Office of the CTO, where he drives enterprise-scale research and development of advanced Generative and Agentic AI capabilities, products, and solutions for Office Copilots and Azure AIOps initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in AI research and innovation, he has led and contributed to groundbreaking work across generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning, authoring hundreds of peer‑reviewed publications and patents. Before joining Microsoft, Sadid served as Executive Director of AI at CVS Health and as Senior Scientist and Technical Lead of the AI Group at Philips Research. Widely recognized as a thought leader, he frequently delivers keynote speeches, serves on program committees for top AI conferences, and contributes actively to the global AI research and practitioner community. He is dedicated to advancing the state of the art in AI, accelerating adoption across industries such as healthcare, education, legal, finance, and marketing, and developing the next generation of AI leaders to make transformational impact worldwide. He was recently named one of the 100 most influential AI leaders in the United States.
